Vinayasa flow, Hatha, Flying yoga, Kundalini, Yapanna, Power, Yoga with weights
I try to meditate every day from 5-20min. I have used books or short quotes to help guide practice, music, aromatherapy, guided meditations through the body, breath and Chakras and walking meditation. I also have done a combo of yoga and meditation.
