Thank you for your warm greeting. I have very little experience with meditation, but am willing to be completely open-minded about trying it. I have extreme insomnia, and a mind that constantly is full of thought. I also know I am a shallow breather, and that breathing techniques my calm me. I try to stay very active and very fit, but those efforts have not translated into healthier sleep and life habits.

I would love to participate with you and your group.
