Come join Shanti Devi on Wednesday mornings at 8:30 am for Gentle Flow Yoga class! Class includes pranayama practices (centering/breathing), asanas (postures) and yoga nidra (deep relaxation). Learn to move mindfully with the breath, flowing thru a moving meditation within the asanas. Hasta Mudras (hand postures) are introduced to help "seal " the practice, deepening our awareness and concentration, and redirecting our energy within bringing us right into this present moment.
This class is perfect for beginners as well as advanced students wanting to deepen their practice. This is a wonderful way to begin your day.
