Want to feel more grounded in faith and/or less swayed by the opinions of others or changes in outer circumstances? Meditation, the yogic science of ancient India, allows one to live more in the center of his/her being and less on the periphery of outside things. This anchor of inner security reduces the feeling of being on a "hamster wheel" of mental busyness. In turn one can let go of worries and move towards a calm sense of inner knowing.
In this meeting, we will explore meditation as a tool to connect with the inner security of faith to be able to act from that awareness and live courageously.
All spiritual affiliations or none are welcome and no experience is required!
