Meditation: Vehicle for Inner Strength

Trusting our inner guidance, which comes from the calm center of our being, is an essential key to unlocking lasting inner security in our lives. Not as commonly known is how to access that key and use it consistently. Beyond the bustling matrix of our stressful and fast paced modern culture, yoga offers ancient tools that allow us to feel profoundly secure in body and mind. With greater stillness, we can begin to deeply listen and feel what our heart and soul is trying to tell us without it getting a "busy signal" and act from a place of faith rather than reactivity.

In this meeting, we will explore meditation as a way to know and act from our inner guidance. Using the scientifically proven techniques of the great yoga master Parmahansa Yogananda, we will practice ways to receive solutions from within which can lead to experiencing life with a deeper sense of faith, inner security, and even joy.smile Meeting led this week by: Paul
