The Sunday Satsang (gathering) will include an inspirational talk that Paul will give drawn from the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda. This week's format will have more group chanting and guided meditation than usual. If you have a hard time getting to our weekly Wednesday night gatherings, here's a Sunday morning spiritual alternative! The teachings share the mystical universality beneath the cloak of religions of the east and the west- especially yoga and Christianity in a non-dogmatic and non-sectarian way. All are welcome!
If you want to get into a deeper peaceful zone sooner, come early for pre-service at 10am for a guided energizations and meditation led by Paul and chanting led by Dikshini and Raina.
"Sunday mornings at Ananda is the best part of my week. I feel such a deep sense of peace and connection. It’s the perfect way to end the week and get a head-start on the next. It’s such a loving, uplifting environment; I’m just so thankful that you are here." —D.L., Santa Monica
When: Sunday at 11am (10am for additional energization, guided meditation and chanting)
