Service: Joy in Action

Want to know how to support and sustain your deepest ideals yet still flourish in the material world? Yogic lifestyle and meditation practice, with it's innate spiritual power, is also, at it's heart, deeply practical. Who wouldn't want to feel more relaxed physically, cooler under pressure, a clearer mind, and more intuitive in one's own heart-center? Described by the yoga master Paramhansa Yogananda as a "portable paradise," meditation has also been called the "ultimate problem solver" for facing challenges in the "cold light of day."

In this meeting, we'll explore how yogic introspection and lifestyle, including meditation, can lead to a growing sense of freedom and balance in achieving material and spiritual goals. More than mere techniques, yogic lifestyle is a holistic way to find true harmony in spirit, relationships, body, mind, vocation. Based on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda, we will also learn how to be in life's process with a greater sense of well being, inner knowing, an even joy.smile

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
