Living From Your Own Truth

Want to feel less swayed by the opinions of others and feel more inwardly grounded regardless of changes in outer circumstances? Meditation, the yogic science of ancient India, allows one to live more in the center of his/her being and less on the periphery and at the mercy of outside things. This in turn reduces the ceaseless feeling of "being on a hamster wheel" of mental busyness, and allows one to speak, act, and live from a calm and even courageous sense of inner knowing. In this meeting, we will explore meditation as a tool to connect with our inner truth. With support for each person's individuality, we will practice scientifically proven techniques of the great yoga master Paramhansa Yogananda, that can allow us to "choose our battles" more wisely and, with greater ease, and intuitively know what is for us right at any given

All spiritual affiliations of non are welcome! No experience is required!

This meetup is part of a series of ongoing weekly meditation group meetings at this location.

We are a non-profit group but donations are always welcome! (suggested donation of 5-10 dollars but nobody turned away for lack of funds)

If you would like to volunteer in any way, i.e: bringing healthy snacks, help set of clean up, that would be wonderful! Please contact Paul any time.

Event takes place on the second floor, in the Heaven on Earth Holistic Living Center, directly above Starbucks and Sussina Bakery. Building is one block West of La Brea.

Plenty of FREE PARKING in the parking structure behind the building.

Go to this page to see where the second floor entrance is and where the free parking garage is located: http://www.heavenonea...
Look for signs pointing to the "Ananda West Hollywood/Hancock Park Meditation Group." Entrance is on the Detroit St. side.
