Meditation and Non-Attachment

The yoga master Paramhansa Yogananda once said "Your true personality begins to develop when you are able, by deep intuition, to feel that you are not this solid body but are the divine eternal current of life and consciousness within the body."

Learn the ancient and effective techniques of meditation to not only expand your own sense of inner harmony, but also to share that increased calmness in your life with others. Yoga teaches that we are essentially all "one" and meditation is the supreme tool to help us awaken and sustain that awareness with inner clarity, joy, and compassion.

Using the teachings and techniques of the great yoga master Paramhansa Yogananda, you will learn powerful and scientifically proven methods to bring peace to your inner and outer world. Reducing stress and refreshing your mind, body, and spirit also allows us to be more loving, relaxed, and simultaneously both grounded in our inner truth yet more patient and kind with others.

This meeting includes:

-Guided meditation
-Pranayama (breath/energy work)
-A short talk on how to experience deeper inner peace
-Snacks afterword, discussion/Q&A, and social time

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
