Yoga teaches that we are essentially all "one" and meditation is the supreme tool to help us awaken and sustain that awareness with inner clarity, joy, and compassion.
Using the teachings and techniques of the great yoga master Paramhansa Yogananda, you will learn powerful and scientifically proven methods to bring peace to your inner and outer world. Reducing stress and refreshing your mind, body, and spirit also allows us to be more loving, relaxed, and simultaneously both grounded in our inner truth yet more patient and kind with others.
This meeting includes:
-Pranayama (breath/energy work)
-A short talk on how to experience deeper inner peace
-Snacks afterword, discussion/Q&A, and social time
