Meditation & Immortality

"Nothing may be truly said to be a 'miracle' except in the profound sense that everything is a miracle."- Paramhansa Yogananda

Yoga teaches that one can gradually transcend the bondage of karma and merge with one's "true nature" the liberated, and immortal, soul. This essence is beyond one's physical body, thoughts, changing personality, and age.

In this meeting, we will explore yogic teachings and meditation as a way to experience joy at the center of our being- beyond "space and time." Using Yogananda's powerful and scientifically proven techniques, you will learn ways to expand love and freedom within your inner and outer world. In turn, with continued practice and glimpses of the soul's light, one is able to feel much lighter, brighter, and "glow" from the inside-out.smile

All spiritual affiliations of non are welcome! No experience is required!

This meetup is part of a series of ongoing weekly meditation group meetings at this location.

We are a non-profit group but donations are always welcome! (suggested donation of 5-10 dollars but nobody turned away for lack of funds)

If you would like to volunteer in any way, i.e: bringing healthy snacks, help set of clean up, that would be wonderful! Please contact Paul any time.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
