It is feeling deeply balanced in body, mind, and spirit. By being willing to increase our energy flow and redirect mental attitudes, we can continually experience a profound sense of well being, relaxation, and, with greater ease, grow into the kind of person we'd always wanted to be. Practicing yoga is the way of knowing one's energy and how to use it.

In this meeting we will explore the healing power of daily meditation to de-stress and open us to a kind of inner-outer health we may not have known was available. With non-dogmatic support, we'll practice scientifically proven yogic techniques that can allow one to meet life's challenges as an adventure in growth- with the grace, wisdom, and even

This meetup is part of a series of ongoing weekly meditation group meetings at this location.

We are a non-profit group but donations are always welcome! (suggested donation of 5-10 dollars but nobody turned away for lack of funds)

If you would like to volunteer in any way, i.e: bringing snacks, help set of clean up, that would be wonderful!
