Yoga Postures & Meditation - Thursday Mornings



We are now offering a new ongoing yoga and meditation class! A complete beginner-level Ananda Yoga sadhana (“spiritual practices”), with guided Energization Exercises, yoga postures, and deep relaxation, chanting, & meditation.

Ananda Yoga combines postures (asanas) with silently repeated affirmations that help you attune to the subtle energy of each posture. Its gentle style is suitable for beginners, while also helping experienced yogis to take your practice more deeply inward.
