In this meeting, we will explore ways to open and expand the energy of the heart to experience some of it's most beautiful qualities: love, compassion, and kindness. More than just a series of techniques, this practice can guide you to the heart of inner strength, stillness, and joy at the center of your being. Like wiping the dirt off a stained glass window, this ancient heart-centered practice will polish off the "dust" that obscures the light of the heart. In this way, one's true radiance, color, and beauty can shine from the inside-out!
Using the teachings of the great yoga master Paramhansa Yogananda, you will learn powerful and scientifically proven methods to bring peace to your inner and outer world. Reducing stress and refreshing your mind, body, and spirit also allows us to be more loving, relaxed, and simultaneously both grounded in our inner truth yet more patient and kind with ourselves and others.
All are welcome and no experience is required!
