This week we will explore ways that we can expand our hearts and minds to the divine presence in everything- experiencing a greater depth in our lives. A powerful practice of yogic meditation can allow us to "plug into the source" of innate joy in the center of our being- which we can share with those around us. Making space for others in our hearts is a vast, challenging, and rewarding subject. Yet, yoga allows us patiently and compassionately move from the loneliness of separation to sharing a central connectedness which is one of the clearest paths to true lasting happiness.
More than mere techniques, yogic lifestyle is a holistic way to find harmony in spirit, relationships, body, mind, and vocation. Based on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda, we will explore how to meet life's challenges with a greater ability to relax, laugh, and even expansive love.
All are welcome and no experience is required!
This meetup is the first in an ongoing, weekly series of meditation group
meetings at this location.
