Yoga to Awaken the Chakras

Come join Paul Fetler in this two part experiential yoga with meditation class on two Sunday afternoons.

This class series will guide you step-by-step of yoga postures designed to you help you awaken and direct the energy of each chakra. Chakras are energy centers in our bodies and a part of our spiritual anatomy. They serve as the location of our mental tendencies, habits and desires.

Yoga postures and meditation, combined with concentration, affirmation and relaxation can help us place our awareness on and work with these centers. We can release energy in an powerful upward flow and bring about positive change in all areas that need healing within us. You will leave this class series feeling calmer, lighter and transformed.

This was a great experience personally and a wonderful way to go deeper into the heart of yoga and meditation - thanks to everyone for sharing their great vibes!

I am new to Yoga. Would this second session be too advanced for a beginner like me, especially since I did not attend the first session last week?

I'm so sorry. I am organizing a neighborhood barbecue and potluck that starts at 1 so I kind of have to be there :/

The focus will not be on a workout but rather how to open astral "light" body energy centers to feel more free, happy, and alive. I give modifications with the postures and all are welcome!
