Want to feel less swayed by the opinions of others and feel more inwardly grounded regardless of the perpetual changes of life's outer circumstances? Meditation, the yogic science of ancient India, allows one to live from the center of his/her being and less on the periphery of outside things. This in turn allows one to speak, act, and live from a calm sense of inner knowing and able to act from the courage of his/her convictions.
This meetup is an ongoing, weekly series of meditation group meetings at this location.
