I hope you are well and are treating yourself kindly! Ahimsa, "non-injury," is a bedrock teaching of yoga and the yogi/yogini, with regular practice, can increasingly attract like-minded kinder energy within/without that allows him/her to radiate a strong yet peaceful aura.

In the quest to "get ahead" and acquire more yogic techniques and knowledge, practicing "kindness to ourselves and others" is an often overlooked topic and I am looking forward to exploring this deeply expansive and powerful subject. It helps that we already have an innately kind group of souls that come regularly to our Wed meditations to share the focus with!

In my own experience, kindness has the power to heal. Practicing, however imperfectly!, courtesy has allowed me to have relationships large and small with the space and chance to actually "flower," connect, and grow.smile

Hope you can join us!
