Discernment + Calm + Feeling = Wisdom!

Yoga teaches that we can continually cleanse the lens of our perceptions every day to get ever closer to our deepest truth-- meditation being the most powerful technique to know that inner light. This is perhaps one of the reasons Yogananda called regular meditation practice "a portable paradise." In my own experience, sticking with meditation has increasingly become just that... a priceless way to get relief from the hamster wheel of worries.... to be able to discern what is truly needed at any moment and what can be left behind.

Discernment- when combined with regular meditation to bring an unshakeable inner knowing far beyond the cognitive mind's computations, will be out topic this Wed.
