This coming Wed in our Meditation Group we will explore how to awaken inner joy
. Yoga teaches that joy
, born of deep calmness, is the true home of the soul and meditation is the most direct pathway to experience it. It doesn't hurt that we have a very friendly, and yes, joyful regular group! Also, visitors are always welcome to drop in when ever it fits their schedules. In my own experience, the difference in my days with regular meditation practice almost feels now like drinking clean as opposed to polluted water- it's still the same day, but it feels so different! My mind feels clearer, my body has more energy, and my heart's happier regardless of what's going on around me. It almost seems too good to be true, but it's not- it really works. At any rate, hope to see you Wed or sometime soon!
