"The greatest romance is with the Infinite."-Paramhansa Yogananda
This Wed in our weekly meditation group, we will explore the power that come come with an openness
of the heart and mind. The yogini/yogini's for thousands of years have been able to tap into the divine flow of energy- or life force- "prana" by being receptive to it and, like an instrument, channeling it. As a saying in modern India goes "I am the vehicle, you're the driver."
In my own experience, this awareness, greatly strengthened with meditation practice, has allowed me to know a freedom that feels "higher powered" and I've been able accomplish challenging tasks with a sense of inner fulfillment that I could scarcely even imagine before.
In addition, we will also explore an often overlooked component of this: how to use discernment to make wise decisions from this receptivity. In this way, it's possible to have an "open mind- but not so much that one's brains fall out!"If this topic sounds interesting and there's an opening in your schedule, hope to see you Wed!
Joy to you!
