Meditation for Good Health-Oops, Wed!

Salutations everybody!

Oops, sorry about any confusion! Our Meditation group this week will still be on WEDNESDAY-- not Monday night!

This Wednesday, the focus will on how meditation, along with yogic lifestyle, can help us feel healthy and
happy in an encompassing and profoundly satisfying way.

From my own experience, meditation has allowed me to feel more relaxed, all but eliminated insomnia, released
tension, and allowed my mind to get reprieve from it's monkey-like(!) chatter- and worries. I am now truly hooked on the calm in body and mind I feel from my regular meditation practice. This would be reason enough for me to keep meditating .... but, ofcourse, like all aspects of yoga- that's only been the start of the true miracles meditation practice has brought to my life.
