We currently have a big problem in the United States: we live in the midst of rapidly expanding obesity and diabetes epidemics.  Where do we turn for a solution?

Today's health and fitness industry is all over the place - it is littered with more fad diets and fad products than you can keep up with.  Changing your health and your life for the better is a confusing journey.

Often times what works isn't a sexy fad at all and instead the fundamentals that have been there all along. We feel like that is the case in health and fitness.

Changing your life is not about quick fixes and magic pills, it's about the decisions you make on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.  It's about leading a well-rounded, healthy lifestyle.  

What is Ancestral Health?  It's about:

  • Exercising efficiently and when appropriate, intensely
  • Eating Paleo / Primal
  • Sleeping well and de-stressing
  • Leaving time for rest and play
  • Getting outside more
  • Valuing family, friends, and community


The purpose of AncestralHealth215 is to:

  • Transform lives using an Ancestral Health based approach to exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle.  
  • Look backward in order to move forward, learning lessons from everyone who came before us.
  • Not be intentionally unconventional, but also not subscribe to something because it is popular.
  • Unite individuals who feel similarly to create an empowered community.

Who Should Join

Those who take pride in and prioritize their health and well-being.  Those who value being active in body and mind.  Those who eat to live, not live to eat.
