- Transform lives using an Ancestral Health based approach to exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle.
- Look backward in order to move forward, learning lessons from everyone who came before us.
- Not be intentionally unconventional, but also not subscribe to something because it is popular.
- Unite individuals who feel similarly to create an empowered community.
