Animal, Vegetable, Miracle by Barbara Kingsolver - Book Discussion

Novelist Barbara Kingsolver chronicles the year she, her husband and their two daughters committed to only eating food they could grow or raise at their southern Appalachia home or purchase at local farms.

For now we'll try doing these book discussion on the second Monday of each month. We'll meet in the cafe area which is to your right as you enter the store. Parking is plentiful right in the store lot.

(Note: I initially planned on holding book discussions at The Living Room in Sellwood, but I only heard interest from members living on the west side. So we'll start off at this location, which has a huge cafe with a fireplace and drinks from kombucha to coffee to alcohol as well as any snack from the store. If members from the east side start joining in, we can look at other locations.
