Sustainable Cooking and Healthy Eating Series

Then come to the 5th class of this 6-week series, where you will learn from a Registered Dietitian how to make healthy recipes, learn about the nutritional benefits, and get to eat afterwards! All of Iris's recipes are WAPF/Paleo/GAPS friendly.
Entrée Salad to delight your palate: Salad Nicoise. A mixed salad to tomatoes, green beans, tuna, and anchovies dressed with a vinaigrette. Hard-boiled eggs, Nicoise olives, red peppers, shallots, artichoke heart, new potatoes and other cooked vegetables are common accompaniments.
The cost for drop-ins during this six week series is $10.
