Salad Nicoise Cooking Class

Pro Health Clinic and Iris Briand, RD, of Sol Food Nutrition present the

Sustainable Cooking and Healthy Eating Series

  • Would you like to learn how to prepare nutritious and delicious gluten free and paleo-style recipes?
  • Do you want to learn how to incorporate sustainable, local and organic foods in your meals?
  • Are you interested in learning about the healing health benefits of foods?

Then come to the 5th class of this 6-week series, where you will learn from a Registered Dietitian how to make healthy recipes, learn about the nutritional benefits, and get to eat afterwards! All of Iris's recipes are WAPF/Paleo/GAPS friendly.

Entrée Salad to delight your palate: Salad Nicoise. A mixed salad to tomatoes, green beans, tuna, and anchovies dressed with a vinaigrette. Hard-boiled eggs, Nicoise olives, red peppers, shallots, artichoke heart, new potatoes and other cooked vegetables are common accompaniments.

The cost for drop-ins during this six week series is $10.

Iris requires an RSVP so I will RSVP for the group. She'd like to know of any food allergies you have.

Join or login to comment.

I will try to get Jacki to come in my place as she is the cook.
