The Primal Blueprint by Mark Sisson focused on the nutrition and fitness aspects of hunter gatherer life. The Primal Connection expands in to other areas of the ancestral lifestyle that contribute to health and happiness such as going barefoot, playing in the dirt, optimizing daily rhythms, nurturing social circles and family, communing with nature, learning to single task, cultivating an attitude of gratitude, and redefining wealth to include free time and fun.
