I'm hosting an event for anyone interested in getting more comfortable moving around in their body. We'll play follow the leader first where I'll have us crawling, climbing, running, jumping, swinging, and otherwise using our bodies to navigate the world.
Afterwards, we'll do some full body, functional type exercises to boost strength and body confidence.
Everyone is welcome to join. It's not about how much you can do, it's about challenging and pushing your own limits. Everyone is capable of getting stronger, healthier, and feeling better about this fundamental aspect of our lives. My own personal motto when it comes to exercise is "just have fun!"
