Drink From a Local Spring!

“…deep-artesian springwater is some of the purest and healthiest water available on the planet. You can find one near you by going to www.findaspring.com. Just don’t expect to get the real stuff from bottled water companies.” Nora Gedgaudas, author of Primal Body Primal Mind (p. 191).

Thanks to a tip from Holly Morello, encouragement from Nora Gedgaudas and this article from Dr. Mercola, last fall I decided to visit www.findaspring.com and try some local spring water. I’m hooked. There’s no comparison taste-wise with filtered tap water and the health benefits of spring water make sense to me. Plus, it's free

Aric, Jen and I have started taking mini road trips about every three weeks to the spring on Highway 26 near mile marker 29 (a 50 minute drive from Beaverton, heading west towards Seaside) to fill up containers of water. I'm so excited about this resource I thought I’d post to see if anyone would like to join us on our next trip. I took the picture above at the spring last fall. Let’s meet in front of the Starbucks at the Fred Meyer in Beaverton Town Square and carpool from there.

I see there is also one in Wilsonville, which is a lot closer. Have you been to that one Davinna?

The Beaverton Central station is the closest one to our meeting place.

I wish, I could make it to that, but we will just be returning from a cabin camping trip with some homeschool families. But I'm wondering if anyone would be willing to bring me a gallon? Pretty please?

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
