Anthropological findings provide insights in to the lifestyle of our ancestors that we can incorporate in to our contemporary culture such as: nutrient dense, local and organic foods, traditional meal preparation, intermittent fasting, optimal sleep, sun exposure, slow, strengthening and sprinting movements, play, social connections, baby wearing, breastfeeding, co-sleeping, natural cleaning and personal care products, time in nature and going barefoot.
