I would like to start running the trails more often. I am not a fast runner but I enjoy being outdoors and meeting people who do as well.
It keeps me fit and it is therapeutic. I really also find that the people who are in it are great motivators for me to keep training.
I'd say any evening during the week or whenever the weather is great. :)
No, not at the moment (maybe a 5k or 10k), although a longer race is an eventual goal.
