Introduction
I do a lot of hiking and white water boating as well as sea kayaking. Anything that includes dogs is great by me!

Nahanni River, ANWR, Campbell Creek in Anchorage, Chugach State Park and ice skating on Portage Lake

Full Moon Hike - to the Ballfield

Let's sew --- making ski pole pogies to keep those winter hands warm
"Very fun. We could have used more sewing machines but it seems everyone got an opportunity to get something sewn up. Thanks to Robert for his pattern and demonstration. Max is great with an iron and he tested the pogies hot off the press... ..."

Hike up -- Tram down . . . At Mt. Alyeska in Girdwood
"Spectacular weather, scenery and easy-to-walk trail even if it did go straight up (more or less). Glad for the switchbacks. Loved getting above the 7-glaciers and tram. also glad (so were the dogs) for the ride back down. ..."
