Movie Night-Darshan

This location is shown only to members

Known the world over as "the hugging saint," Mata Amritanandamayi Devi -- or Amma, as the masses call her -- shares her world and vision with Dutch documentarian Jan Kounen in this inspiring film. Following the famous mahatma across India -- from Jaipur to Calcutta via Benares -- Darshan places the spotlight on Amma's charitable work while providing a window into the mystical and logistical necessities of running a large-scale spiritual "tour."

Bring a dish to share. We will start the movie promptly at 6pm.

Sounds great. See you soon, the split pea soup is simmering and salad chilling, quinoa would be a great compliment so I hope you chose that, either way it will be yummy.

Well, the movie ended up being in French so we skipped it, but we had a fabulous dinner together and used the time to talk about yoga and India...so it was a great time and a total success! Next time Ill preview the movie first, lol.
