We had an hour of connecting to our own bodies through tapping and stretching followed by exercise to release tension from the brainn, a meditation focused on feeling energy and ended with a breathing practice. I believe the combination was a great way to deepen our ability to journey inward and use parts of the practice in our daliy lives.
Come learn and practice simple breathing and meditation techniques that will lead you into a deeper connection to yourself. Use them as a tool in your everyday life to manage stress and stay connected at all times.
