Every Tuesday night, join us for 30 minutes of guided sitting meditation at 7:30 PM followed by a brief discussion. Find your inner calm and gain a healthy separation from the stress and static of life. Learn to see things as they are, living in a space of awareness and non-judgment.
The focus is to be present in the moment, allowing thoughts and emotions to surface. We become an internal observer of these, fostering healthy non-attachment and cultivating a deeper connection with one's inner self. Newcomers to meditation and long-time practitioners are welcome to attend.
Seating and refreshments are provided, though you are welcome to bring your own.
Parking is available on the street and in lots. Note that the meters are in effect until 8PM, but all time limits placed on other spots end at 6PM.
