Meditation is an easy, powerful and healthy tool to allow us to separate from the stress and strain of our daily lives. It reminds us how to take things in stride, react from a centered, grounded space and manage the chaos of the world in a graceful manner.
This group is for teenagers to explore what meditation is and how it can help them. The group will be held in similar fashion as the Tuesday night and Thursday noon-time groups, but topics discussed will be geared towards the lives of the participants.
