I am originally from Dublin, Ireland and now live in San Diego, a mom of two beautiful boys, married to Paul John Ward a conscious business consultant and creator of Reconnective Coaching & Consultancy.

As a parent of a child with special needs I understand the deep commitment this life path takes, the joys and the challenges along the way. It is therefore part of the joy of my practice to assist other parents in creating a deeper sense of relaxation and balance as well as assisting their children. Siobhan Wilcox

I have studied in the area of holistic therapies and metaphysics since 1990 with now over 2,000 hours of training in the areas of Massage, Reiki, Stress Management, Color Therapy & Vibrational Healing, Gentle, Hatha, Children’s & Prenatal Yoga, Soul Memory Discovery, Angel Therapy™ and Spiritual Healing for Indigos.

I also hold qualifications in Communications & Media Studies, Small Business Management as well as Training & Education.

I created SMPG (Stress Management & Personal Growth) Training & Consultancy in 1998. I offered customized workshops for large corporations and government run community projects in Ireland. This was a successful business with clients such as the Bank of Ireland and the Irish Developmental Agency. During this period I had the opportunity to facilitate learning for many levels of staff from senior managers to administration. I also worked with the long term unemployed, single parents, gypsy’s and recovering drug addicts.

I have appeared a number of times on TV and radio (Both in San Diego and Dublin) as an expert in the areas of color therapy & indigo children as well as being interviewed for magazine and newspaper articles.

With an office in San Diego, Mission Valley, I see private clients and host group workshops.
