Angel Speakers - Competition Night

Hi All

Our competition night for the International Speech Contest of 2013 starts at 7pm at the Island Queen pub on Noel Road. There is a separate entrance to the pub and we are situated upstairs.

Check out our video on our home page to hear more!

The evening offers a fantastic opportunity to  experience a competition night at club level. We only hold two per year. Regular experienced members will be taking part in a competition which could then lead onto competing at regional and possibly international level if they successful.

You will also get to meet lots of interesting people.  We have a core group of Angel Speakers members but every fortnight also welcome members from other toastmaster clubs as well as first time guests!

The Island Queen Pub, Islington is a great venue and it is free to come along as a guest as it is at all Toastmasters meetings.
Take the plunge and come along!.

    Hi Emmauel
This Monday is a competition night so members who have done more than six speeches already can take part. You are very welcome to spectate. Normally visitors are asked to say why they are here and who they are. Sometimes we ask visitors if they want to take part in our table talk topics which are impromptu 1.5 minute speeches. You have to be a member in order to make a speech from our manuals
    . Hope that helps. Andrew
