See how to write and deploy a CRUD app in 1 hour

I've started writing a tutorial series showing how to build and deploy a CRUD app in 1 hour: http://jphoward.wordpress.com/2013/01/04/end-to-end-web-app-in-under-an-hour/ . For anyone interested in seeing how to create a real web app, and who doesn't want to hear too much complex software engineering jargon in the process, I will walk people through the process of building this application.

I plan to spend 60-90 minutes on my part of the talk - leaving time for anyone else interested to show off what they've been working on, start a discussion on an area of interest, of asks questions. Let me know in the comments if you have something you would like to share.

Sorry for the late notice - the location only just became available! But there is good news - coke and pizza will be provided by the kind folks at Hack Reactor (a school for js devs).

The interesting stuff is in parts 3 and 4 of Jeremy's blog. I doubt he will have time for it. Will try to follow online.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
