"You Feed'em - You Own'em - You Can Kill'em" trial continues...

The original time was 1 PM but was changed to 11 AM

On March 25, 2013 in Manalapan Municipal Court the battle to protect stray animals got underway.

FINALLY... Animal Control Officers Sharon Gaboff, Cherlann Ambrose and John Domic along with Freehold Health Officer Julie Kramer have to account for years of KILLING stray cats before their time.

The State of New Jersey has decided to prosecute these complaints which have been filled by me, as a private citizen.

Multiple animal cruelty charges for "The Needless Killing" of these animals have been brought against these defendants.

Their callous disregard for LAW and LIFE will be brought to the light of day through testimony and documents.

The mere fact that the case against these Public Officials has reached the trial phase is a Major Accomplishment!

The agency that was mandated to put a STOP to this (SPCA), has ALLOWED these KILLINGS to go on.

In fact, the SPCA has done everything in its power to BLOCK this prosecution. The SPCA's effort to assist these defendants is DESPICABLE but has been to no avail.

The large public turn out at the courthouse is an indication of the public interest in this matter.

Even if these enforcement agencies won't STOP these KILLINGS, THE PEOPLE WILL!

The trial will continue on May 13, 2013 in Manalapan Municipal Court promptly at 1:00pm. THE PUBLIC TURNOUT SPEAKS VOLUMES.

Animal Control and Health Officials throughout the State of NJ are watching this trial as the outcome will affect the way stray animals are dealt with and handled.

I will keep you all posted on the developments.

Thank you for your support of my efforts

Keeping the promise,
Stuart Goldman

What ever happened to this? didn't the judge dismiss everything and its waiting on an appeal? We lived in Pemberton, NJ up until a couple of months ago and we live across the street from the only ACO for the whole township. we call her Cruella DeVille. She hates animals, mainly dogs and cats and has called the police on neighbors over 50x in the last 5 years for "barking dogs", dogs at large, taking neighbors into court all the time etc. I'm interested to find out what happens with these ACOs

That sounds encouraging. Please update as to what transpired in court on May 13. Also, please notify us when the next court date will be when you find that out.

I was at the original court hearing which got postponed. I will absolutely try to attend on May 13 - I have a scheduling conflict on that day which I will try to resolve so I can be at the court.
