Introduction
I am a long time anti-cruelty & vegetarian/vegan rights advocate living in the cruelest province in Canada, hoping to learn more from the west coast.
What inspired you to get involved with animal rights?
If you are not involved with animal rights, you are involved with animal wrongs.
Which animal rights issues are you most passionate about?
Cruelty-free food availability and the banning of pesticides.
Which types of advocacy would you like to be involved with (eg. leafleting, tabling, demonstrations, school education, event planning, etc)?
All of the above and more. I'd like to write letters to the editors of the Province, Sun & Times/Colonist, but those hick editors don't like out of province letters.
Please feel free to add anything else you'd like to say related to animal rights advocacy.
We in Alberta desperately need your (west coast) help, advice, and/or moral support! Please also join us at Club VEG http://VEGonline.info , invite your friends and particpate in our extensive online discussion forums to help us get more animal welfare issues awareness going in Alberta! Even just joining our online group to just increase our numbers also gives our cause more credibility!!! We are also very grateful to the Vancouver Humane Society for their campaign to improve our infamous Calgary Stampede as the Calgary and Alberta Humane Societies have been relatively useless in this regard.

Hi Atul,
Just wondering if you would be able to post the details of these upcoming raw food workshops on any relevant meet-up pages that you organize. The cost is around $50 per workshop, and includes lots of food tastings!
