Rodeo protest (and brunch!)
Every national animal protection organization is opposed to rodeo because of its inherent cruelty. Bucking straps, spurs, electric prods, and tail twisting are all painful ways of forcing animals into aggressive behavior. Rodeos consider animals to be cheap and expendable. They are used time and again before their bruised and battered bodies end up at the slaughterhouse.
Please take some time out of your busy day to speak up for animals tortured in rodeos.
When: Sunday, February 23rd, from 12:30pm - 2:00pm
*If you would like to carpool please join us at Ethos Vegan Kitchen Sunday Feb 23rd for brunch at 10 am and hop a ride to the protest*
Where: Osceola Heritage Square Park, 1875 Silver Spurs Lane, Kissimmee. Activists will gather along Highway 192 *across from the Racetrack gas stations
Signs and leaflets will be provided.
Thank you :)
