Join us on Friday, February 17th for a lovely evening including a delicious three course meal (menu below), a silent auction, live music (hopefully!) and more! $28*, ALL PROCEEDS go to Peaceful Prairie Sanctuary, to help feed and care for all their wonderful, rescued animals and to help buy a new ambulance. Whether you have a valentine or not, spend the night with us giving some love to our furry, feathered and fantastic friends. *This is a community dinner, you do not need a date!* Proposed Menu: First Course: Herbed Crostini with Cashew Creme Fresh, Grapefruit/Tomato/Cucumber Bruschetta over a Shredded Salad drizzled with a Blueberry-Balsamic Reduction Second Course: Sweet Potato Timbale with Cremini Mushrooms, Chickpeas, Parsnips, Spinach, Brown Basmati Rice and Herbs served with a Sundried Tomato Yogurt Sauce Final Course: Chocolate Mint Cake with Pomegranate-Cherry-Berry Compote and Coconut Cream ALL food allergies/dietary needs can be accommodated, please email with your info!
