How the drought is affecting sanctuaries and rescue work

For those lucky enough to visit Longhopes Donkey Shelter this past weekend, you heard how the drought is impacting rescues.  I hope you’ll take a moment to read and share this article I just published, trying to get more to realize the dire situation sanctuaries are up against.  There are so many rescues in our state, like Peaceful Prairie Sanctuary, that are being severely impacted, too.  They’re all going to need our help, so let’s at least try to educate everyone by sharing this information.
