You can find the current status of FL bills which
may or may not be voted on in our short legislative session which will end in
June. Check periodically to see what action to take to prompt our
representatives to take action on animal legislation we support. Bills in
committees need to be pushed out to the house floor for vote. Each issue
has to have a House bill and a Senate bill or it goes no where. Bills can die in
a committee in one chamber or other. If your representative/senator is on
a committee, contact them and let them know you want the bill approved and
