If you are interested in using Javascript, the Lerpz3d tutorial found on the Unity3d website is the best place to start. If you are interested in C# development, I'd go with www.3dbuzz.com. Lerpz is an incredible intro to Unity, and really goes into the surface of just about everything in Unity. www.3dbuzz.com has C# unity tuts that really get into the nitty gritty of how to organize your code. You can learn a great amount of C# from Buzz.
