What instrument do you play?

I play guitar, both acoustic and electric, keyboards, brass, and bass. Drums too - electronic though, so I can keep the neighbors from calling the police! I have other odds and ends as well. A uke, song flute, and other odds and ends that I've picked up over the years. I have a small in-home studio and have been learning how to record using Pro Tools LE. Hard, hard, hard.

What kind of music do you play?

I play lots of different kinds, from classic to rock to country. I've recently been going through a grunge rock phase - this is following on a Grateful Dead time. I just love music with a good beat that you can dance to... (early influence of Dick Clark and American Bandstand). I'm also a classically-trained vocalist and have performed with a number of small and large choral groups over the eons. Great training, but ruins voice for rock - bummer man!

Introduction

I've been playing a long time... my brother was a rock 'n roller back in the 60's and got tired of beating me up when he caught me trying to play his guitar. He bought a new one, and taught me how to play the old. I'd to meet other musicans and jam.
