I (finally) recieved a reply from the Ann Arbor Dog Training Club:

Thank you for taking the time and sending pictures of your playdates.
However, it was decided that it would not be a good fit for the use of the AADTC building. For the sake of a 1/2 day rental, we would not be able to rent to another outside group needing the entire weekend. Secondly, flyball usually uses the building on a Sunday, which does generate some revenue.
My suggestion would be a dog park in the area, but I am not aware of any that are indoors.

So, we're back to square one. Because I'm not in Michigan I really can't do then next part. The next step is to talk with Doggie Day Care owners and see if one would be willing to allow you to use the facility on a weekend or evening.

If anyone who is in Michigan is willing and has the time to check out some places please let me know!
