I can't believe it. My very favorite jazz singer, Gretchen Parlato, will be at the Kerrytown Concert house on April 13. I can't wait. I have already reserved my tickets! I was first exposed to her unusual style this past summer when I went to the Montreal International Jazz Festival, and it has started me on a genre I had not yet explored.
