I really appreciate hearing back! I'm really excited to meet new people and try a new game. I'm familiar with a lot of the concepts and lore behind VtM, but I have never gotten a chance to play. I've also never done a LARP before, so I would love to try a premade character, but I don't want to take away from more familiar player's enjoyment of the game with showing me how to do things.

As far as the Great Lakes Shamanic Community goes, we are not ready to admit members right now.

We just created this Meet up site and are testing it. It went live however and we need to finish building it and get the “OK” of the lodges it represents before we can open its membership up.

We have one meeting of our Warrior training here in Howell before I leave. This Sunday at 10am - 3pm we will do some CQB, knive throwing, and archery work. If you want to join us this April 3rd you are welcome. If so, I will send you directions.

Your Dark Steel Warrior Society has caught my interest for a time now. I agree that it would be a good thing to talk about the prevelance of the Warrior Society groups right now. We all have something we can share with each other. For the next week I am unavailable since I will spend much of the time in Phoenix doing further Warrior training (hand-to-hand CQB, katana, firearms, knives, shurikens, archery, crossbow, etc). Lets touch base again after the 11th.

I'm sorry sir, I've been going through my own personal issues that can't be explained till later. There is a few coffee houses in birmingham we can make a meeting this week.

Thanks for the inquiry. This senseless killing is a tragedy and such a great loss to humanity. To answer your question, in my experience it has not become an obstacle for individuals needing to process this loss. It was discussed briefly in the variety of forums in the global community, and it seems that with the appropriate process of grief, that spiritual growth and development would encourage individuals to work harder than ever to influence consciousness, perspective and help change culture.
