Thanks Chris I have gone to the Library to get the next two books but they have to order them I should be ready by the July meeting.
Thanks Chris..you rock! I will check into the group on facebook with the same name. warmly, Nelson Santiago
It was great to meet you tonight!
I look forward to the meetup in March 6. As far as lifting goes, my general starting advice is to try to emphasize basic free weight movements like squats, deadlifts, pull ups/chin ups, bench presses, etc... and to focus on getting a little stronger each time you lift. If you aren't familiar with the basic free weight movements, you might want to hire a trainer for a few weeks to get those down.
regarding the logo?i'm not judging at all! i'm easy-going :) anyway, looking forward to meeting you all soon.
Hi Chris,
Thanks for letting me join. It looks like a good group and there are a few things I'm very disappointed to have already missed. I'm looking forward to attending the science related events! Before I reach the cafe this Friday I am making a stop at the Zoological Society and see the amphibians and reptiles. I'll take a look at the Canton group, but the "science" was what lured me to this group.

Happy to join! Thanks for hosting. :)
Chris, I'm happy to tell you a bit more about my novels, though this is probably not the right forum (500 characters not being sufficient, even for character-drive
n fiction). Suffice it to say my first is a serious look at a declining city like Detroit, and how various people respond to its challenges, and the second is a postmodern take on the hard-boiled detective novel.
Thanks for the welcome! See you at the next meetup.
Hi Chris, thanks for the welcome. I'm really looking forward to the next meet up!
